Estrogen blockers . And tips

Hi all, 

 

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any estrogen blockers and dosages.

 

Currently 6 weeks into a 14 week cycle 

 

500mg of test e, p/w 

200mg of tren e, p/w 

 

This is my first "proper" cycle  in regards to consistency with training and diet. 

 

Please let me know your guys opinions. And any advice on what nots and what's to do.

Get bloods to see where your levels are at and go from there...there is no magic number that anyone can use...

That is a strange cycle you are running.

I usually run 2mls test e  and 3 mls tren e per week.This works perfect. Not to much and not to little

Get a script from your doctor and go to labtests
