First Test E and Dbol cycle. Armidex?

Hi. I’m really confused about this Anastrozole and how to take it or even to take it with 500mg per week Test E and Dbol. Or even do the Dbol with the Test E. Should first cycle be just Test E?  I also have Provalin and Anastrozole but don’t know when to take it. I guess what I’m asking is How to stack Or IF to stack the 3-4 above mentioned? Here’s what I have. 

 

4ml- Test E

100x10mg Dbol

1mg Anastrozole x 100

1mg  x 100

question: Should I do Test E by itself for the first ever cycle or stack the above. How to do this??  Thank you😉
