Hey all, its been a while since I have posted. thought I would congradulate the Kiwis that competed at the Australasians Last Sunday. Not only did they look great and preformed well but they showed the support for each other that is saddly lacking at alot of competitions.

I still believe the best shows I have seen have been back home in NZ, especially when it comes to crowd support. I don't know if it is because there are a heap of body building fans over there or whether Kiwis just support peoples dedication. Whatever it is....its awesome to see.
