Join this Novice Compitetor Support Group

Hi Guys,

 

I've done a couple of shows before but want to seriously gain muscle and compete in the sport model division next year in April- May. Love supporting fellow people who want to join and are looking for daily support/motivation.

 

No bullshit, no joining fee, no costs involved whatsoever. Just me getting a kick from getting a group together supporting others in the same position. 

 

Doesn't matter what gender you are, where you are on your journey and what federation you choose to join- this is just a space to encourage and motivate. 

 

Also I go to City Fitness in Albany if you want to do a meet up or group sessions there.  Let's face it- it's way easier to stick to a gym routine if you have others that go with you.
