What are peoples views on these ?

Are they worth the investment ?

Any negative points ie Shoulder issues ?

Where is the best place to source in NZ ?

Battle ropes done properly are a big help to the shoulder girdle the amount of benching some of our lifters do Battle Ropes are a good active rehab.  Trade me if possible or  a ship Chandler or Provedor if purchased at the right price they are ok but with the fad of XFit popularizing battle ropes the price has sky rocketed.
