No seat at all for the pre-judging. I was standing up, leaning on the back wall (so much for my photography advice to get close, eh?!)

Yeah, Tony was awesome. I'd have taken photos of the other guest poser, Amanda Foubister, but the only time I could get a clear shot of her was when she did her back flips, and they just happened too fast for me to catch.

The other thing I think needs to be said is the standard of posing was generally very good. Mark and Jo Stewart held posing workshops in the runup to this comp, and I think this helped a lot of competitors. I've been saying it for a while (but I believe it even more now) that the NZFBB should hold posing workshops throughout the year. This show was proof - it makes a huge difference.

And yeah the posing was pretty good :nod: The NZFBB workshop idea is a good one. I'm sure they'd get a fair amount of ppl signing up for it if it ever got started. So did you manage to convince your mate to do the August 18th show Pseudo?

It looks as if the Club Physical Champs have gained in popularity once again. The year that I competed had very few entrants. Maybe they can look at holding the event at a larger venue next time. The year that it was on at North Harbour Stadium was a great show.
