I'm staying focused on this plan bro, and never getting back with my ex, she is a user. I just didn't want to spam this post everyday but I have been posting everyday! I started my 30 day plan to get massive roughly when you started yours and weighed myself today and was 5kg lighter than when I started. Been focused as f*ck too so pretty disappointed.

Also guys, it is day 15 now but my videos are lacking but I just want to show you the progress I have made so far, gained about 4.5kgs and my muscles are looking fuller and tighter! I can't wait to see what result I can achieve by day 30!IMG_4313.thumb.JPG.983117c03a854a046260b0e137cf6a87.JPG

Haha prob gonna plateau in the next couple of days i reckon but gonna force myself to keep eating haha

My pet python also hit a plateau @2.7m and hasn't eaten for almost a year. If he doesn't eat soon I'm supposed to take him into to vet where the vet will force feed him to try get him interested in eating again which will allow him to break through the plateau. At least from a veterinary perspective your plan of forcing yourself to eat sounds very robust.

Fully sick video brah. It's humbling to see YouTube celebrities such as yourself that still enjoy a good old subway 6 inch meatball sub at the beach.  Just like an every day dude.

 

I have to say though, I'm a little bit concerned for you bro.  That last video, I just get the feeling your best mate might be into you a little bit? Maybe he plotted against your ex to try and make a move? I dunno, maybe reading too much into it. Probably nothing.

Referring to that guy in your video bro, like your side kick.  Hanging out with you in the car, at the beach, at the club etc.  But as I say, I think I'm imagining it bro.  Keep it up with the videos, I think you should focus that next 4 kg weight gain on your quads mate, keep yourself in proportion.

Haha nah he had nothing to do with my ex, thanks bro will do! Yeah my legs are definitely an area I'm trying to improve so I try to hit my legs twice a week in these 30 days. Need those T-Rex quads haha! Speaking of legs day 14 is up:

I started my 30 day transformation on 27 Feb.

I fell off the wagon on the 28th and ended up putting on 3kgs.

I did not go to the gym and ate a lot of deliciously crap food. 

Now I'm back on the wagon and today was day 1.

What I noticed today in the gym after my 11day bender is that I have made significant strength gains which makes me wonder if I should just carry on at day 12 or should I start at day one like I was planning?

Ps- chicken drum sticks on special for $3.99kg at madbutcher this week.

That decision is up to you since I change my workouts all the time to shock the muscle but those strength gains sound awesome bro, if you are getting stronger and putting on mass that is what it is all about!

Also I want to make this clear to all the inexperienced lifters out there, it is impossible to put on 10lbs/4.5kgs of muscle in 15 days and this series is not going make you gain tonnes of muscle in a very short amount of time. I have obviously gained a lot of water weight and my muscles definitely appear fuller from all the increased carbs I have been eating. However, I can say no matter what I have made good progress and if you guys want to get your bulk on then there is certainly some useful information in these videos and that is all I am trying to get across. You will be making some lean muscle gains but please do not think you are just gaining pure muscle cuz this is physically impossible unless you are on the roids lol. I hope you guys can take some useful information from watching these videos, no hidden agenda here just me trying to vlog my journey and give you guys some insight as to what I am doing.
