Hey mate strong assisted bench and good ROM.

 

Might have to get some of those gloves you are wearing while training. Can you maybe tell us a bit about them at the end of the day 6 leg day vid?

 

I agree that those protein bars are a huge rip off. Think the nutritional value of them could be a bit questionable.

I am uploading a video everyday bro and I'm glad you are enjoying it haha just plain old me! Sweet will keep that in mind and I am trying not to go out that often during this 30 day program but I am going out this Friday so I'll film what shenanigans I get up to haha but this Friday is day 11 for me so the videos are a bit behind. I have already gained 3kgs since I have started and I can't wait to show you guys a progress photo on day 15!

I know its not perfect form but during this 30 days I really want to amp up the weight even though if I don't have perfect form so I can shock the body into overdrive and grow. I can't wait to show you guys the progress I have made, its currently day 9 for me and I have already put on 3kgs so the videos are lagging behind a couple of days just because I have been juggling work, uni, gym, video editing, etc

 

I'll put in a little bit about my gloves in my next video but those gloves are so old, I need to replace them haha! I'm glad you are enjoying these videos bro, just me trying to be me :)

I am using Adobe Premier Pro, I used to use Sony Vegas Pro but don't use it aye, it crashes so much and wastes so much time!

Hey bro, Adobe is pretty easy to use once you make a few videos, took me a few hours to learn pretty much the basics aye. Yeah that sounds good bro, I'll definitely support your videos if you make some! Maybe can do a collab if you are in Auckland or coming up here haha.

Ah right I see, yeah try out Adobe Premier Pro, it has a free trial version and it will definitely do the job that you wanted.

Haha not really, my gym is more like a lifestyle gym so it doesn't get all that busy that often. And tbh my gf recently just broke up with me and pretty much used me for a trip overseas so that was part of the reason why I am starting this series since I got depressed. I'm kinda just happy to focus on myself for now since I really need it after focusing so much time and effort on another person and neglected myself. But yeah when I feel comfortable again, will definitely be on the prowl mate!
