Kia ora,hello everone :) New to the forum.Im getting back into lifting after along on and off break.Im from the palmy area,use to train at cityfitness,ive been training at home the last few months.Had to get back into it coz im turning into a fat bastard hahaha!! Thanks for having me :)

yeah i liked city fitness to start with,i remember being told off coz i was wearing a beanie,f*ck it was a cold day.Anyway somone told me to take it off coz it was intimidating hahha.I remember when branch warren and rich gaspari where there and one of there boys was doing his poses,and he got told to put his teshirt back on by one of the staff.f*ck its a fucken gym aye.f*ck it havnt been back there since.In my garage i can sweat and and make all the noise i want.
