Hi guys, whats your favorite motivation video?  And what videos do you prefer one with bodybuilders like Ronnie,Kai,Phil or Aesthetics like Jeff Seid? You can post some good music for workout too :)

Same with maccaz as to not being into the cringey shit anymore, but um I sometimes like to watch workout videos or meets of some of my favourite powerlifters doing the corresponding lift that I will be doing on the day, especially if I dont like doing it or not in the mood etc.

 

Pete Rubish deadlifting is always good, he was only 20 in this video. Watched this before my deadlift workout a few days ago.

 

The weight for that is insane, but his intensity and speed is even more impressive. Dan Green and George leeman is good to watch too, but leeman hasent posted in a few months.

I read the complete drama between both him and Tessa. Both parties sound like winners tbh..

 

He's been back in the florida for the past 2-3 months only recently returned to south east asia. I though he just wanted to live like a wall street bawler and objectify women... Guys seedy as f*ck

Sorry Wrong podcast. It was on Geard up Podcast. Some good shit on there. they mention him a few times, in a couple episodes
