Training Time

Has anyone trained at 630 in the morning after a night shift? I'm looking at training at this time instead of the afternoon. Train shower up then sleep I usually train about 1300

How hard is your shift? I used to train after night-fill at the warehouse, at 6a.m. It's my preferred training time still, but I haven't had a training partner keen for a.m. in a few years. Personally, it made getting to sleep in morning light substantially easier, especially after a shower.

My work is sedentary walk around every so often, I find I only get 6 hours sleep then up around lunch time have a shake hour later hit the gym, do you sleep longer by training in the morning

No, didn't sleep longer. In bed around 7.30, up around 1.30. Actually worked well with the local gym, because it was least busiest before 7am and 2-3pm. So both options worked.

Will try get to gym and train early just feeling shattered by 6, did you take a pre workout at all if so did it affect your sleep

Normally had a V on my way there - didn't affect my sleep at all. I did eat a tonne of food during my shift though.

Awesome I'm the same eating a lot giving me the motivation to hit the gym at 0600 just getting there hard bit when tired
