Gyno coming back?

Hi guys

 

Tricky one - I had gyno removed 10 years ago, both sides. It was bad and advanced at time of removal (had it removed +- 18 months after it started).

 

I am on trt dose test now and using clomid and arimadex throughout every other day.

 

Had Estrogen checked and sitting 82 so low / normal ish...

 

Funny thing is I am starting to notice a small lump (cant see it, but can feel someting)  about 3 cm to the left of my left nipple- so not directly under the nipple. It sort of feel numb when I push on it.

 

Surely this cant be gyno seeing I had surgery and doing all the right things now - or am I going crazy...

 

Anyone else had gyno removed and experience now?
