Good total body stretching routines

Hey guys, 

 

so just wondering what people are doing for total body stretching before a workout, or body part stretching depending on what they're working on that day?

 

I do a few basic stretches, and I've looked at Youtube as well as watched other people at the gym (not a lot of people actually do it at my gym either) so I'm wondering what you guys do - Intraworkout Stretching vs Preworkout Stretching

I think the latest advice is to avoid pre-workout stretching, as a proper hardcore stretch leaves the muscle (temporarily) weaker and more prone to injury. Warm up before the workout, stretch afterwards.
