Obviously new here. Been lifting for 2 years solid now. Starting to really enjoy it. Started to lose weight in the first year and moved onto trying to build muscle in the second year. Am going through my 3rd week of Layne Nortons PH3: Phase 1 after having done Jay Cutlets Livin Large. Looking at trying some Crossfit training next year after going to watch the Crossfit Nats at Mystery Creek this year.
