Cardio options with a pulled hamstring

Cycle with one leg lolz. Srs. If you can find those seated cycles. I only ever do cycling for cardio tbh. Just smash some coffee beforehand and keep HR @ 125-130bpm. Should be doable with one leg.

I would just stick to your diet, maybe even slightly reduce your daily calories, upper body weights and rest your leg completely for a few weeks. You will still drop and I always say it's better to recover ASAP so that you can get back to 100% ASAP rather than do half assed shit for twice as long.
