Clen + duromine ? Help

Hey guys, really new to this whole thing. I've been working out and lifting all my life and a few months ago really fell off the wagon and gained 10+kg. 
My doctor prescribed me duromine 30mg which was working a treat the first month or so but my body now feels used to it - I've been taking it 2.5 months, My appetite is still somewhat surpressed though. My friend has offered me some clen so I can do a cycle of that and hopefully see the last few kg off without loosing my muscle. 
Has anyone done both clen and duromine before ? 
I know they place pressure on your heart, however I am able to drink 3-4 black coffees a day without feeling anything while I'm taking the duro, just to put it into perspective. 

Perhaps even lowering to a 15mg duromine and small doses or clen? 
Help please! I really need some advise on what is safe but effective to get rid of 5-6 kg

I am dieting off it and working out usually 2x a day. 

The duromine helps control my appetite because I am a constant binger, which yes I know will not help me in the long run because it's a quick fix but this is helping me gain the control I feel I need. 

I'm asking about the clen because I am starting to loose muscle which I don't want, and I've heard that clen sustains your muscle mass while burning fat.

Morrel are you one of those people who asks for help but when someone gives advice you already have an answer? No disrespect intended but i think running a Beta 2 Agonist will only help you short term as you've pointed out quite clearly "your are a constant binger" which obviously is where you are failing.

 

To answer your question, yes Clen will help loose the weight without burning muscle dropping the Duromine dose will only affect your appetite then guess what?...you will start pigging out again!

 

You goals are quite simple so why not put more focus on simple diet, cardio and lifting regime?

Ok so you take the clen on top of the duromine and lose 5kg and are back to where you started. Great. Then what? I mean you may as well just put some good habits in place now because eventually you are going to have to it you want to sustain the fat loss.

 

Clenbuterol has only been shown to be anabolic in rats as far as im

aware, there is no evidence of it being a muscle builder on humans. Most people actually find it to be catabolic when in a moderate to large energy deficit, hence why it's best used with anabolic steroids. It's the testosterone and what have you that preserves the muscle mass not the clenbuterol.

 

i would suggest that you ask questions in the nutrition section of this forum not the steroid section.

TBH, most people I know who've used clen find that, if it helps them at all, it's a tiny part of the picture when compared with nailing the overall diet.

 

I presume you're keeping a consistent diet and/or counting calories? Perhaps  start a topic in the Diet & Nutrition forum, and we'll see if we can help you out there.

When you eat the food you should like ask yourself, what do you want more? The temporary satisfaction of food, all of which last a few seconds, or to loose the weight? Sounds stupid I know, but when you think about it food only tastes good when you swallow it. After that it's gone lol. And then you just ask yourself, well what was the point in eating that chocolate bar or whatever. It's helped me a bit. If im hungry and I don't really need to eat yet, i'll have a black coffee or something. Great appetite suppressant.  

Eventually you get fucking sick of not making progress losing weight and then you get more self control. My 2c.
