Gym buddy, Snap fitness

Hi guys!

 

I'm looking for a gym buddy to help each other for last few reps of set and of course someone that can talk with nutrition and workouts. I used to go to the gym since I arrived here in NZ last 2014 but I stopped because I have to focus on my uni first. But now I just started AGAIN hitting the gym since August 2016 and started my proper diet so I'm not completely beginner and this time I will put more dedication and patience to reach my goal. My goal is to reduce my body fat and to gain lean muscle.

Weight before I started my workout and diet, 78kg with 27-30% body fat. Now I'm down to 74kg with 18-20% body fat.

 

I've been working out with proper program and meal for 11 weeks now, but i'm having a problem to increase my weights on press/pulls every week because i'm afraid to try heavy weight without a spotter. I'm working out for 5 days per week in Mt Wellington highway Auckland every afternoon especially weekdays.
