Bargain box?

So going to try bargain box out. We have a family of five ( basically 4 adults and kid). We find we spend too much doing trips to supermarket and end up with shit we don't need and then stuff gets waisted getting forgotten about in fridge. Muscle fuel etc is great for single people or a couple but with a family this seems to be solid. Maybe not bodybuilding macros but still reasonable nutrition. Will try and review

Looks like a rip off. And you'd expect that it would be more expensive if they are making a profit out of it. Supermarket margins are pretty tight for most products.

Just shop at supermarkets, vegetables shops, butcher's etc and don't be lazy or a shit c*nt buying junk food or wasting food. It's not hard.

Looks good for family's perhaps not a drastic saving of $$ but I can understand how much food goes to waste.

I would love to eat musclefuel but the cost is hard to swallow(no pun intended), got a discount code @soundsgood

I'll have to stick to meal prep

I guess the savings come when your only getting what you need and no waste. Macros surely won't be terrible, the meals seem to all have some.sort of meat at least.

seems kind of expensive tbh. weekly supermarket for meat, random sauces and a sack of rice every now and then you get heaps of variety out of that. what is it that you end up wasting/forgetting about in fridge? maybe just stop buying that when going supermarket? surely there is 1 out of 4 adults who can put together a list and pop in and out with only what was intended to purchase.

There's a few people at work who do My Food Bag (which is the high end version from the same company), and this is what they like about it too. They figured it generally worked out to be no more expensive than buying stuff from the supermarket.

Plus, I guess there's the convenience of having it delivered, and having menus planned and recipes provided.

Do you have teenagers or kids?
