Serge is a legend! That man had the perfect body in those years when balance and proportion were not mainstays of bodybuilding. Amazing to see him at 65 at such great shape. Lets wish him another 65 years of health and happiness.

Yep - that is amazing. He is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, and that is damn impressive at 65 year of age!! I'm sure he has outlived many of his fellow competitors from the 60's and 70s.

He looks better now than most bodybuilders will do at any time in their lives!

I have been quite a fan of Serge,

His 1 set 100 rep routines are pretty famous. I think this is why he has lasted so long. He went away from heavy weights 25 odd years ago as that had a tendancy to shorten careers through injury, and punishment to the body.
