Gym buddy Wellington - girl or boy

Hi there. Is there anyone in need of a gym buddy?

cause I need one!

Based in Wellington, with CityFitness membership,

168cm, 60kg, 30yo female with around 25-27% fat looking to reshape (ain't the first time), build some calves and master bodyweight pull-ups.  I'm not a complete novice but still far from being athletic.

 I can do 3-5 gym days and can potentially be flexible with times. I live in Johnsonville and work in CBD/ Thorndon, so the two gym locations work best for me. 

If you're swimming or wall-climbing- that's super awesome as I'd love to try that!

What sort of goals ?  Are you just seeking a workout buddy, or are you aiming to compete in something (bodybuilding, powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting) ?

 

I don't think there's too many CF Wellington (Thorndon, Jville, Williston) folk on here, TBH.

Thanks for the questions teamfatboy.

Recreational workout buddy, someone to point out poor form, help with the last few reps, maybe help with tricky stretches. If he or she is prepping for a bodybuilding contest - perfect! I'm happy to offer support and motivation on a bad day.

Current goal is to burn fat, but I reckon nutrition is more important to achieve that. Thoughts?

Oh yeah, I can help out with meal plans. And I'd benefit from being kept accountable for sticking to mine :blush:

Hi, 

 

I have been looking for a gym partner and i do go to CF but Petone and Lyall bay. 

My goals at the moment are to get the BF down. i generally workout 5-6 days a week (by myself) with a weight training session followed up by a cardio session for 25-30 mins. 

I need a gym partner to just help with the last few reps and the general chat about food and nutrition. 

 

EDIT: 30 yo, about 76 kgs, about 14 percent BF.

Oh hey there. So I've gone by without a gym partner. I synch my training days with my husband a lot (and we loaf a lot too nowadays)

I'll be gyming this Sunday around 10.30-11am, though if it's hot - we'll probably drive to Thorndon (wouldn't hurt J-ville gym to invest in air-con)
