Just realised im gonna fail sem 1 anyway so cbf exams so gonna go most days till thursday which is when I go back to auckland so going tommorow.

Well past week diet shit since studying for exams and cbf eating since that takes up time and also fucks with whatever stimulant I happened to be taking (nausea etc)

But as of today diet is fine. And probably will be for the rest of the week since got nothing better to do.

In on Oats thread cos Gyzz is useless.

Breakfast for me atm consists of 100g Dry Oats cooked with water then add 150g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt and a scoop of Protein Powder, plus scrambled eggs which is 6 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs.

Can make and eat all of this in 10 minutes, I don't know what you're complaining about, I'd make the most of the free food, I hate to see how you're going to cope as an adult.

Yeah sometimes. I was given ritalin for that very reason actually, so dont have rec drugs since no need too and is subsidised for me, 5$ a month.

But Im fairly moderate with drinking etc, never really needed to drink outside a party environment.

FFS Gyzzbrah - you really seem to struggle prioritising what's important! Let me help you out...

 

1) Get enough sleep.

2) Eat good food.

3) Study and pass your exams.

4) Train hard.

5) Socialise.

 

Live your life in that order, and miraculously you'll find things start falling into place.

All I'm reading is that like with everything else you do you didn't really give drinking or recreational drug taking a proper go... 

 

There's a line in a song.. the gist of it is that when you're even too lazy to wank you're struggling.  You my friend are struggling

I have been told  to leave soaking my oats overnight ( as i have breakfast  at 4 am at work) and drain them in the morning and cook them, i add unsweetened almond milk put in the microwave for 1 min  and a whole banana and x 2 boil eggs, it keeps me full all morning. ..... and is Yummi :P

whoa, seriously is that ok for digestion and how does it taste? i kinda hate the taste of warm oats so i let mine cool for a bit, would be keen to try without microwave if that absorbs just as well.

 

FWIW this is how i take mine, i too prefer a higher calories to volume ratio due to lack of ability to eat much in one sitting. will try add peanut butter tomorrow, last time i done it was in a pot and it burned was pretty gross

 

1cup oats

0.75-1cup water (dont really like it runny hence close to 1:1 ratio of oats to water)

50 sec microwave (1200 watt microwave)

 

2 little tubs yoghurt on top with some honey for extra carbs. tried to have natural yoghurt before as generally more nutritious but couldnt really handle the flavour so have this 'fresh n fruity' stuff now.

 

used to mix in to it 1 scoop of ON Whey but didnt like how it changed the flavour so just mix the 1 scoop of whey with 100ml water and slam that back.

Well considering its ok to throw oats in the blender raw, I guess this would be fine too.

 

I actually used to put the hot water in and let it soak for 10 mins, but it turned out gross and clumpy.

 

These actually cook whilst you eat them, since their still soaking in the water while their being eaten.
