The NZ Herald does it again.

 

Apparently the gym increases testosterone, which converts to DHT, which will make all our hair fall out.

Oh yes, and protein contains growth hormones like creatine, which increases testosterone.

I'm surprised they didn't try and use a stereotypical powerlifter (bald, fat and bearded) as an example and say it increases facial hair growth and diabeetus risk too...

 

Has about as much proof backing it as their article lol.

 

Better start hitting the cardio lads and get better at running away from things with your full gorgeous locks billowing in the wind..
