And what would happen if we opened it up to NZ towns as well? I'm picking Nelson would be right up there. Young population, generally strong on the work-life balance so they can go and be active all weekend. What do you think?

Been to wellington few times had doms in abs / calves etc every time, also blisters.

Article says physical activity = walking etc, and they do fuckloads of that.

crap makes me feel lazy lol, most walking i do now is from the car park to my work (2mins) and then from car to gym like 20 seconds. .. ok if i take the dog out on a walk it's a lot more but generally someone else at home will do that and i'll be chillin on my <10mins per day of walking.
