Partial Lifts for Raw Lifters

I read this and find it interesting that most other coaches in australia dont seem to get this. 

 

Seems like each coach has their favorite assistance exercises that they apply to every client with no reasoning behind that specific lift

 

Its usually (same for every client regardless of weakness)

 

Deficit dead

Block pull

 

Paused squat

Ssb squat

Heavy partial squat
