I just remembered around 7 or so years ago as a young buck myself and my mate found this study http://www.ergo-log.com/onionjuice.html 

Safe to say we both only lasted a few days haha became dangerously smelly and had the worst guts.

 

Point of this is we've all heard and witnessed some funny things with people striving for gains  whether they were successful or not post them up

Cant attribute directly to shaved head and beard so im in mid study whixh involves no beard trims for a month before comp. Similar to no sex for boxers to supposedly keep test high

Sometimes my ex girlfriend would wanna get squirrely with me in the couple hours before a workout or especially a leg day and I would sometimes tell her no. Because I didnt want to lose my aggression and iron and test that would translate to a more intense workout in the gym that day for a better workout and recovery. Thats when you know you've got the iron bug, when you pass up good sex with a girl who works wonders and has amazing and large breasts lol. 

Anyway, she's gone now.... but the weights are still here.

After a quick Google, it seems it was for All Blacks supporters - but presumably the idea was that you should abstain from sex because the ABs were abstaining too.

 

It was all very weird, and after instant public ridicule (hardly surprising) the ad was pulled.
