My mate dave is looking to buy some chems from US website for personal use

 

He knows caffeine powder may not be an issue, but also wants to get adrafinil (precursor to modafinil), -racetams, etc.

If its a small quantity of prescription only or scheduled drug  or some other dodgy looking shit and customs finds it then its gone. Easy for them to find a 30ml glass or plastic bottle of liquid compared to say a gram of powder.

I heard modafinil was non euphoric unlike ritalin though?

 

Website selling chems < 5$ pretty much so might as well grab a bunch and see what they do. Want to have less ritalin or even stop it for a while (tolerance) then combine less of it with the other shit try get a balanced effect.

 

E.g 20mg xr ritalin with 200mg caffeine in morning / afternoon then either melatonin and some other shit at night or modafinl depending on weather I study or sleep. Then ill save my ritalin IR for nights out

 

But just want to know what customs will say thats all

if you need something ask your doctor. if they wont give you it, its because you dont need it.

Well keep in mind that the website is selling everything from bcaa's to caffeine and then precursor drugs. 

 

There is a similar site selling blatant research chems, which I know will be illegal. So im not acting stupid. 

 

This former website sells way softer shit basically otc in the usa, which is why im asking.

What no I feel fucking great, I just want to feel greater. For practical purposes.

 

My initial query (before maccaz did a tangent) was wether there were any restrections on -finil / -racetam precursors and the other funny named shit they have on Powdercity to be imported into NZ.

 

Maccaz thinks that I think I can import prescription hard drugs...

 

But really I want to mail order what are essentially considered otc supplements in the US, that could potentially be illegal here.

 

The rest is my own personal decision and not his.

Well maccas is actually right. Most of the high appealing OTC drugs you can get in the states without a script, are prescription medicines in New Zealand. Probably why America has a pharmaceutical drug problem and we don't.

 

what are "prescription hard drugs"? There are controlled drugs (and their various classes), prescription only, pharmacist only, pharmacy only and then otc. Those are the levels of control in place in NZ.

 

Medsafe has a website, listing prohibited and restricted medicines list... if you really must.

whats ur question specifically? if just 5 bucks and u really want it wouldnt u just take your chances? i think if i was on your position and hell bent on going for it regardless of anyones comments, i would be asking " what are the legal repercussions to me if im caught trying to bring this in". i can't answer that Q but i'm sure others on this forum will know. because they are controlled substances, if caught i'm sure at the very least u will be asked to present a script to process through customs, at the worst = ??
