Looking for someone to train with at Cityfitness Newmarket, I follow a Dorian Yates training split:

Day 1: chest and bis

Day2: legs

Day 3: rest

Day4: delts and tris

Day5: back

Day 6: rest

Repeat.

I don't like to chat during workouts, get in and get it done, give me a shout.
