I thought it might be good to start a topic where we can all just add the Youtube videos we watch. Chances are, people will be interested in watching the same videos you are - so let's share them here.

I'll start... Here's one I was watching the other day - Eric Helms, on maximising your metabolic potential. I'm finding Eric's a really good source of information, and I'm watching more and more of his videos lately.

What about you guys? What have you been watching?

Since nutrition wise I'm basically doing IIFYM (If It Fits Your Mouth) and training wise my programme is laid out by Coach, I only really look up stuff that I don't know much about usually, which happens to be Mobility & Rehab lol.

MobilityWOD, Kelly Starrett, Supple Leopard, and any other names he may have, is a really valuable resource imo.

Have never seen that kind of info and as in depth as he goes with demonstrations of everything freely available.

And funny thing is it's not like going to your local physio and getting told six weeks off will fix anything. His movements, drills and stretches actually work really well and you see basically immediate results (I did anyway), and if you carry on regularly and consistently you can actually make some really good changes to how your body moves.

For example I'm at my biggest and most muscular I've ever been, and yet my Hips are the most mobile they have ever been, and same with my Shoulder girdle.

Definitely worth a look imo.

Here's my youtube playlist of motivation that i've had for I think probably two years now. Keep adding when I come across something I like. Often watch some of them when I'm bored or getting ready to go train. Maybe you guys will like some.

StrengthCamp is also a popular channel/user to check out that is discontinued but has heaps of good stuff from this Elliot guy. And of course, broscience with dom mazetti lol
