Good point, this could play a role. I had sleeping problems when I was 45kg lighter so must be something else going on but I'll keep it in mind and would be another good reason to lose the flab.

i have sleep problem

doctor calls it external source apnea

its where i snore so mrs wakes me up tells me to stfu

 

happens 2x a night most the time

disrupts my sleep, because i dont wake myself up by snoring.

 

this happens when im skinny too so im having an MRI to rule out obstruction, and have steroid (natty approved) nasal spray i have each day which seems to help
