Hi all

Living & working in central Auckland and been working out with home weights for past year but think I've plateaued?

Lost quite a bit of fat and now looking to get more musular.

 

Thinking of joining central city/Grey Lynn gym (probably Jetts) to keep motivation & results up - needs to be all-hours due to shift work job.

 

Hopefully might find a workout partner along the way!

Looking forward to seeing other people's experiences and advice on Gym Nation!

Hey Damo, welcome!

 

I started out with a home gym, and it was good enough for me for the first year, but like you, I found I outgrew it. Join a gym and you won't look back.

 

What are your stats now, and when you started? If you think you've plateaued, maybe start a workout journal here, and people can lend advice.
