Hi there boys and girls, I hope all well with all of u and was a lot of happy days in this holidays ( including the lucky ones that dont belong to the slavery crew and still on holiday :cool:hehe).

Hmm well im getting bored from the gym i am at the mo, i dont know is just i think i need more equipment and advice talking for reach my goal i feel stuck  and i have always been attracted to  martial arts and contact sports, i guess you guys can understand how frustrating it is when  there is not enough equipment and you simply have to wait  just leave it as someone is sing the machine taking the time and stuff and all that

However i always felt curiosity for the Les Mills Gym in Victoria st, i always pass it while i do my 1/2 power walking, so today i decided go and check it out after been looking in internet.

the place look awesome  i really have never been into gym classes at all ( with the aerobics i always thought was bit  to 80's lol) but i got thrown to a strength HIIT class called  GRIT oh dear lol was so cool, the gym is huge and is endless things to do, i will do the free trial next week. besides the advisor was a hottie :-p, im not sure but in the website talks about spa pools and sauna i didn't see anything of that as i got into the class lol

There is anyone going to that gym? i need to be sure as is gonna be bit  more of twice im paying now so is a bit of a dent in my finances  so any advise will be very appreciated

Now in other news I got my prize today!!!! after a bit of hiccup in the delivery got delivered to my work, THANK U THANK U !!!!! and guess what i got extra stuff, a sachet of protein which i had for lunch (very appropriated as i forgot mine lol) a protein bite as i had with breakfast a magazine and a lovely pink shaker !!!!( i guess they find out the colour as  the items i did select were pink lol) so there is couple of pics, one of all the goodies and the second one me modeling one of the items ;-D I got a nice postcard signed for a guy Matt so Andrew could you pass the message if u know him please say to him from me than that was very nice... xxx  and if next time can send me the model of the magazine model hehehe specially with that article about  7 sex moves to build mass hehehe (was a crack up at work today)

Good pics, Rainbowdevil - I'll definitely pass them on to NZ Muscle. :-)

Re Les Mills... It's not cheap. But it is a good gym. If you need more motivation, this is the gym to find it in.

The longer the contract you sign up for, the better the price. You can also take over other people's contracts, which mean you get a good price without being tied up for such a long time - have a look on TradeMe (although it's probably a bad time of year, with more people wanting to join now).

You could also see if you qualify for this: http://exercisenz.org.nz/subsidised-gym-memberships/

Not that I would ever advocate cheating the system, but I'm not sure how they'd know...

Maybe just spend a week or two loading up on pies first, so it doesn't look like you work out. :-p

I reckon Les Mills is over priced and overrated.

If in Hamilton there are plenty of decent gyms. They probably don't all offer classes though.

I think first place fitness is the cheapest and its probably one of the bigger gyms in hamilton. Les Mills doesn't actually have a very large weight lifting area not like the old Les Mills which was massive! Other decent gyms are the Uni Rec and Flex Fitness.
