50kg drop

Also how do you know it's 50kg you need to drop ?

It's very hard to judge body fat over about 20%, it all kinda starts to look the same.

So you could potentially not need to lose that much to be ripped.

But if you are that overweight then I dunno why you're asking about Carinitine etc, with that much fat to lose you can eat a bit less or move a bit more and you'll shift a fair chunk of weight quite easily.

Hi I was 72.5kg 3 years ago with still leg fat to lose lol and I must of lost muscle from not training so I guess 65kg. When I'm lean I'm really light for my size but when I'm fat it takes heaps to look like I've gained weight haha.

That's definitely one of the advantages of staying lean... you can see your progress more easily.

How's your diet and training looking? Anything we can help with, or have you got it sorted?
