Beginners Cycle

This is what I did:

 

1st Cycle:

Weeks 1-10: 500mg Testosterone Enanthate per week (2 injections of 250mg, Sunday Morning Wednesday night)

Weeks 1-12: .5mg of Arimidex Every other Day (EOD)

PCT starts week 12, two weeks after last test shot: I just ran Nolva

 

2nd Cycle

Week 1-12: 500mg of test per week

Week 1-4: Testosterone Propionate @ 150mg EOD... that's the kicker!

Weeks 1-12: .5mg of Arimidex Every other Day (EOD)

PCT starts week 12, two weeks after last test shot: Nolva, and Clomid

This will get you used to both long/short estered testosterone. This will help you understand how to control test/oes and test sides  by using AI and PCT. By cycle 3 you should know how test effects your body, from that on you just add one compound at a time per cycle

 

Most importantly, a good diet will provide good gains every single time, a poor diet will lead to failure, try manipulating the amount of carbs you eat (low/high carbs cycle) even if your bulking this works (not to low if your bulking).

My first cycle was 12 weeks and I used test cypionate which was 75mg/ml and dbol 5mg

 

.5ml for 2 weeks

1ml 2 weeks 1dbol

1.5ml 2weeks 2dbol

2ml 4 weeks

.5ml 2 weeks 1dbol 

 

Went from 96 to 113k. Zero pct had the same amount of time off. 

 

Experienced solid gains in strength, lot of water retention and my bloods showed some slight elevation in one of my kidney readings but still withing the normal range. I didn't get test or anything tested back then. Just kidney liver and cholesterol. I was slightly leaner at the end of my cycle just moon faced from water and I wasn't in any way shape or form attempting to eat clean lol 

 

I recall strength climbing every workout and crazy ass pumps.

I'm confused. Are those weekly or daily amounts?

 

If weekly, those seem too small (37mg-150mg/week). If daily, then they seem quite a lot (260mg-1050mg/week). Were you pinning on a different schedule?

Weekly with the injectable and oral everyday. 

 

It seems low in relation to??? It worked very well.

Low in relation to other first cycles I've seen. And I get that's your point. I just thought that even TRT doses tended to start at around 75mg/week (correct me if I'm wrong?), so I wondered if the lower amounts would just shut down the HPTA for less return than you'd have got naturally?

 

But I'm fair from an expert, so happy to accept that it just works!

ok TRT replacement is a different beast from taking steroids as a young man with already high testosterone levels.

 

I don't really buy into there being a specific dose you need to take for something to be effective. If you're taking something its still something. The only way to guage is gains and well... I got gains. 

 

I think way too many people think you have to take a certain amount to get any kind of effect... what is that based on? Like specifically what? Tests on aids or cancer patients? Or on HRT studies and results? On studies on bodybuilders with all the relevant information being charted, eating, bloods, dosing.. baseline vs end results...?? Or all the information a bunch of anonymous people post on the internet for the reading pleasure of gullible young idiots :)

 

I didn't write my first few cycles I just did what I was told to do and it worked just fine. If I am asked by someone what they should do I do always advise on the very conservative side of things but you how someone responds is largely genetic so what works for one etc etc etc 

 

Shutting down the HPTA for gains that I would have got naturally... well no. I did my first cycle in my mid 20s and I had already competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting with some success and had been training pretty hard and consistently from 17 with 5 years of teenage overtraining before that... so I'd say while I wasn't maxed out I still wasn't going to be gaining that much in that time frame naturally. 

 

I completely get that what I did is super contrary to when a lot of others would have done starting out, but it worked for me and also the same dosing worked for a bunch of guys around me who all started around the same time.  Mostly when I read about guys taking grams of gear along with all the ancillary peds I really have to wonder what they aren't doing that requires so much gear and pharmacology. If I see shit loads of gear I wanna see mad gains. When I see that I can "justify" that volume. When I don't... well I have to wonder about what variable is missing from that individuals process that what they are taking doesn't = results I'd expect. I guess this can partly be written off as genetic differences in people's response to steroids but I would guess that it has more to do with the idea that there's a blind faith in taking more and more and more and not looking what else can be done in terms of training and nutrition. Lazy drug dependent cunts syndrome :) Sorry I meant hardest of the hardore mentality!

My first cycle was a low dose cycle. Well actually low for these days. I used a 10ml bottle of sus250 over 8 weeks. Such good results. I still use quite low dosages in comparasion to a lot of other guys almost all guys actually. I know that's really cliche but it's true. Everyone portraying that hardcore persona, fact is they aren't hardcore at all. They miss meals, miss workouts, stay up all night on Internet... However, they always make sure without fail they get their gear in at the right time. "It's Friday today, can't miss my tren". If they dropped the dosage and applied themselves to all the other factors they wouldn't need as much.

 

All of you morons who come on to this forum and ask these stupid drug questions then choke on the answer you get cause you can't understand it. I guess you are the same lot of people who buy cars and have them shit out on you because you didn't do the due dilligence before purchase. Or the types of people who think they won the Nigerian lottery. Or actually believe that someone is knocking on your door cause they want to cut all your big trees down for free.... How do you train and what do you eat? I assume you know everything about those things (oh that's right they don't really matter) lol.
