I did create a Event so i hope im not doubling up

This Sat and Sun The Canterbury Raw Cup is on at CSPC in Christchurch. 120 Wainoni Rd

Lifting starts at 10, this is set to be the biggest regional comp CPA has had with a whopping 90+ lifters.

If your in the area get down and support the lifters. Kind of gutted im not lifting now

Went to watch one of the boys compete on Saturday arvo, he had a good day and took the win going 240/140/280 @ 82 kg. I didn't see the whole meet obviously but from what I saw/heard it went very smoothly especially considering the amount of lifters.  A good number of very fit females competing too so no complaints there haha. Who would have ever thought PL would be this popular..

It was a huge meet, i went up on the sunday only, now have a new respect for the guys spotter loading, that shits hard work man (cardio maybe) CPA has really stepped up the game with sponsors, organisation and overall was a awesome comp. There were guys in their first meets going 600 plus in my weight class ( 93s) Makes for some stacked classes for 2016. Makes it super competitive and will just drive everyone to do more
