Im going to give it a hoon tonight.

I've done them before. Good for tricep strength, I like to put chains, bands or rev bands. I don't see a huge carry over to my bench though so it's not a staple in my program

so doing them like this would only be usefull for triceps? is it actually worth doing these. havnt done them yet?

Bit late to the party but Floor Press is a great movement I think.

Generally do it with a Narrow Grip (Halfway between your normal grip and close grip) and pause at the bottom of each rep so it's a dead start.

Great for Triceps and general pressing strength.

Never really go much lower than 6 reps on this, usually hang between 6-12, too hard on the elbows if you go too heavy. Get stronger on it in that rep range and it'll transfer over to your Bench and will get some good growth in the Triceps if you hit it with some decent volume.
