Online coaching?

Anyone had any experience with online coaching in nz or overseas? Gains have stalled and am coming back from injury so was thinking about getting some help with a programme. Feels like I'm getting no where and picking up injuries for nothing. Be good to hear what people think about it.

Lots of the lads here get coached by Wookie, I'm like a lone ranger here but yolo.

I get coached by Thomas Lilley from PTC Gold Coast.

Definitely recommend and definitely worth the money bro.

He has helped me progress in leaps and bounds this year.

Will see the end product at ProRaw in three weeks. Hopefully it's good advertising haha.

He's a Nutritionist as a day job too and offers diet advice etc as part of his coaching so could be a good bang for your buck as you will kill two birds with one stone as such.

Yep, thats true. Also bothering to eat more than a few hundred calories and turning up to the gym also helps.

Edit: despite this, wookies programing still helped me to progress more than anything else, which shows how good it is.

bro strike 3 is coming close. "despite" nothing.

do what you're told. i dont see how you can keep bungling it.

have you been training and eating food this week?

why would someone want you going around saying you're doing/did their program when you half-assed it? makes the program look less good than it actually is.
