Kagan won overall against Mark Anderson after beating Grant in the class 2 earlier.

Steve won nzifbb overall so pretty solid weekend for the Ortons!

Kagan was in the international class so he and Grant were both in overalls. Mark Anderson was freaky as f*ck grainy all over but his biceps were non existent and had a bubble gut. Grants legs let him down a bit and wasn't as lean as Kagan. He was shredded to the bone with striated glutes, feathered tris etc and deserved the win.

The show was pretty well run but way too many classes it went for 9 hours and we were well over it by the end. Why have novice classes at nationals? Also some of the fitness classes were so gay they almost gave me aids

I think there was 80-90 athletes all up. Just in Ratty's WFF Athletic Class One there was only one guy.

Overall was a good show. Quite a few good athletes.

Took fucking forever.. I got there late I thought at 12.45, it started at 12, and we left after the Overalls were annouced at 8.45 ..

I mean they probably got through everyone as quickly as they could, it ran pretty smoothly with only a few music muck ups etc. But just waaayyyy too many classes imo. I couldn't keep up half the time and now I see how there's always twenty different people claiming first place on social media the next day. What blew my mind was that there are "Novice" classes at a national event ? I don't see how this works, or why there is the need for it. You're at a National event you have had to qualify for, it's obviously not your first competition which is what novice basically means to me.

Very long event and the crowd definitely didn't handle it well, was literally a sixth of the audience left by the time the overalls rolled around.

Athlete wise I was very impressed with the caliber of the Nabba Men. The top three Kagan, Grant and Mark all looked great.

Grant was big and aesthetically pleasing, just a touch soft overall, definitely didn't hit the condition he needed to. Looked great anyway.

Mark was phenomenal imo. Absolutely freaky to look at. Hard, Grainy and Vascular. Definitely the most muscular up there. Thick mature muscle that proved he's a force to be reckoned with still. Apparently hasn't competed since 2013 Universe but definitely hasn't lost the ability to diet or lost his stage presence. Only part of his condition that was missing was glutes being fully in, could see that they were begging to be in and were extremely close to being sharp. He was definitely a positive for me.

Kagan was on point and looked amazing. Very good looking physique and his condition was crazy. Literally the only person at the show with striated glutes. Feathering through the lower back, lower lats, outer quads plus tear drops, triceps, everywhere. Could even clearly see it from a few rows back. Insane condition and looked dry as an arab sandshoe. Size there for sure, and striations through every dam muscle belly. Looked great, sick package to bring to the stage. Definitely a well deserved Overall title.

Overall Mr WFF was Tony Ligaliga. Looked really good and I don't see how he makes the weight limit for his Class Two.

Ms Nabba Sue Bettridge also stood out for me. Looked crazy. Striations could be seen in glutes and hamstrings. Phenomenal conditioning for a female, or anyone for that matter. Great shape to go with the size she manages to carry.

One thing that annoyed me and I thought was odd was that I'm pretty sure half the people there didn't even buy tickets. We bought ours online on Ticketek for $35 each. Picked them up at the venue but that was all that happened with them. No one checked that we had tickets the entire time and we didn't have to show them to anyone to get in. Seems very unorganized to me for a Nationals event that has tickets etc. Unfair on those who did purchase tickets to support the sport.

But grant competed in Australia not long ago and won. That was the Nabba fed? So why isn't he international class too?
