Breakfast ideas for work

So I am getting tired of the oats+berries+protein powder thing at work, what are some savory things you guys do to eat at work (I don't have a stove/oven here), bonus points if it's something that can be done quick

I would do egg sandwiches. Or steak and egg sandwiches/rolls

Scrambled eggs in a microwave. Use however many eggs you need for fats and flavour, then add Zeagold egg whites to increase the protein.

 

Can be savoury or sweet. (With a bit of sugar and vanilla essence, and some berries on top, is a pretty tasty option)

lol TLAF those are good ideas but yeah might require me to stop being lazy and prepare them at home

 

Pesudo yeah might actually do that ... the other people will have to put up with my eggy stink lol, guess it's eggs and chicken bacon shopping now

I have used Zeala egg white powder before it's pretty good but a bit expensive on the cost per serve side of things

found the full vid and just watched it, has some educational value on healthy eating/bekfast choices i recommend you check it out. they say you should have bran flakes and a salad instead of artery clogging things like egg , bacon, puddings etc.

Add some low fat chilli sauce to make the eggs a bit more desirable. 2 minute breakfast right thur.
