Rat - morning of show most people I know lean towards higher fat brekkys and then continue to carb up later at the show with kumara etc - a dry carb vs something like creamed rice. Brekky for some is stuff like a big fatty hunk of steak + cashews - this is supposed to help a lot with vascularity - i cant comment from an experience side of it just from a "i have friends who win a lot of big shows" side of things.

 

Take your chicken breast and kumara - as much as you want to the show and eat/snack on that while you wait round - just my thoughts/opinion, your body and show day - good luck
