Hey guys, thanks for all the kind words of encouragement and support. I will put video up on my journal in a few mins too long to type out. I was disappointed slightly but not overly. I knew there was a chance of retearing it. Was just risk v reward for me. If I had of been in 5th place afte squats I wouldn't have benched as heavy. But given the circumstances I decided to go for the reward and risk it. Was my choice so I can't be sad or mad or dissapointed. I left the comp after it happened. Not because I'm Sore loser but I just because got sick of people asking what is wrong with shoulder/chest and if I'm ok. That sorta shit just gets me down. being at comp in cold air conditioning and waiting 4 more hours to token and prize giving not going to help pec inflammation.

Not serious just a re-tear. Just get it fixed 100% and look forward to next year. I will go to another world champs one day.
