Tom Mac aka Realtalk aka Tomsance aka 2Guns is a huge part of this forum.

For the past couple of years he's knuckled down and put in a huge effort into becoming one of this countries top raw powerlifters. He has enlisted help from one of NZs top strength athletes - Jono Macfarlane and followed programme after programme.

His progress has been really impressive although you'll never hear Tom admit it

like iv said before, he constantly improves, little set backs seem to do f*ck all except make him grumpy for a few days lol, no real impact. consistently gaining and improving non stop for so long now, time for it to pay off!

Just to show how quality the competition in Toms class is here is a list of the top raw u110kg totals of all time across all Feds.

Delroy Mcqueen and David Jenkinson will definitely make this list after today, both possibly even break into the top 10

Pomana deadlifted 350 with a torn tricep after bench at the worlds so I hope he can still get up and pull something.  

Tom can still possibly medal bronze

Was always guna be iffy going in.

A 5Kg comp PB is still good money, hopefully the pec isn't too serious and he can push through it for a big pull and he gets on that podium !!
