Blood test results

Sup guys

Just got my bloods done after some pretty intense blasting. In June, I had the powerlifting nationals where I ran over a gram of test e with 500mg tren e per week for 6 weeks leading up to it along with 50mg of dbol for the last 2 weeks. Then I cruised at 250mg for a few weeks then got on my cutting cycle of 525mg tren ace and 525mg masteron enanthate for 7 weeks along with 60mg of winstrol for the last 2 weeks. And for the last 3 weeks I've been on just 250mg of test e again. Just shooting it once a week on Mondays and no AI.

I thought I'd go to the doctors and check on everything so I told my GP how I wanted to check on my bloods as I use gear and she gave me a bit of an earful about how it's going to result in health issues but she was not too bad and let me get the tests I wanted.

Blood pressure was 138 over 90 which is on the border between prehypertension and stage 1 hypertension. Normal BP is less than 120/80. Doctor said that the reading could be high because I was nervous, which I was cos I didn't know how GP would react about my steroid use.

So all in all, pretty good! I'm surprised to see all my liver values are quite normal with the exception on ALT but exercise can cause elevations of ALT from muscle breakdown. Need to keep an eye on lipids.

One thing I'm glad to see is that I got bloods drawn on Monday morning, so 7 days after my last injection of 250mg Test E. So they would've been at their trough and my blood level still measured 42.5 nmol/L and way above the normal range while only on 250mg per week. So that means my gear is correctly dosed and legit! Always a relief to know.

I think people might remember that a couple of years ago, I got bloods done while using a different brand of gear. I was pinning 2mls per week of 275mg/ml (supposedly) Test E and my serum testosterone came back at 51 nmol/L. At 550mg a week my test level should have been at least 80 and closer to 100 nmol/L. So I ditched that brand pretty quick. Good to get bloods done to verify the gear is correctly dosed.

good post, you gonna keep an eye on bp? worth getting a home monitor to check it from time to time maybe?

you worry about such short cruises?

Yeah I probably will get a BP monitor.

I'll cruise for 4 more weeks then fire up again for ProRaw 6 weeks out and do a 6 week blast.

Yeah the cruise is short but so is the blast. I feel like I'd rather go short and heavy rather than long and moderate dosage. More effective and I feel better too. I usually just do 6 week blasts for competitions and only do orals for the last 2 weeks.

But after Proraw in November, I'll cruise for at least 16 weeks until March or April next year.

Nice one bro yeah I'm leaning more towards this style of cruise blast myself these days!

Interesting. Cheers for posting Tom - topics like these really add value to the forum.

I'm surprised your results are so good - as you say, you've done some quite intense cycles. Do you think you're just lucky in how your body reacted to them, or do you think the short blast/cruise bursts prevented too much damage, or do you think it was the 3 weeks recovery since your last blast?

other people can blast for years straight and be completely fine.

I think I'm just lucky and young I guess. I don't really know to be honest, I was expecting worse. I doubt 3 weeks would have made much of a difference if my body was in the shitter.

I want to get bloods done when I'm in the middle of a blast and see what they look like haha.

Did you ask your doc Not to keep anything on your medical records ? Did the doc agree not to keep a record ?

I have thought about discussing gear use with my Doc, but worried he would put it on my medical record. Then my life insurance could use it against me if i die.

Since Tom's ignoring you, I'll answer... ;-)

Lipids are fats, which in the case of blood tests means cholesterol. The Heart Foundation does a pretty nice job of explaining it all. Apparently it comes down to a small fleet of good trucks and bad trucks:

800 MG of tren. With what else? That's quite a significant amount of tren. Be interesting what detrimental effect that might have had on your body. How long you been running that much for? Usually guys run a 2:1 ratio test to tren to avoid a few of the negative effects they experience when using tren for more than 4 weeks at a time.

250 test, 800 tren-e, I've run that same combo number wise before but with ace, obviously when I say 800 thats based off the person supplying it being legit with an actual 200mg per or 100mg per - you never know even with friends, but I have been very fortunate in my short time of using things to have never had any sides with tren - maybe due to low test? I never tried higher as I fear the dreaded trensomnia! Long term unknown to date I guess. Ive been on this batch for around 4 weeks give or take as the was going to be all up 12 weeks to get me to my next PL comp - originally planned to make a weight class of 99kg buuuuuut I accidentally jumped from 106ish to 116ish so I've flagged that rofl

Side note to that Im probably going to drop to 650 due to a mis-calc in how much I need to get me to the comp day hah! But yeah will hit up bloods in the near future, although is it worth it while ON the tren? Or wait til post comp where im off everything for 10 weeks?
