Thought I come back to gym nation after my journal on the form that I was posting on turn to rubbish. Thanks to some troll over there posting stuff in my journal about a 48 kg female which pissed me off. Training is good and currently five weeks out from the nabba/wff Wellington show. Venins are starting to show in my lower abs. Starting to feel the cold as I get closer to my comp in Wellington and the past few days it has been very cold in Dunedin plus I hate cold weather when I am cutting. Not finding this year as hard compare to last year since the Wellington show is a few weeks before nats. If all going well I know that I will have to keep my post comp meals clean. Hope to drop another four or five kg between now I fly up to Wellington on September 17. Using bcaas this time around which brings me to the supplements that I am using for my prep are.

Fish oils

Magazium and zinc

Muscle pharm multis

Muscle tech creakong

Muscle tech cookies and cream whey

Glutamine

Super size for my pre workout used it today for the first time thought it was pretty good.

Vitamin c

D - aspartic acid

Made change to my training for the rest of my prep which was after last Wednesday noticed that my left knee was feeling a bit stiff thought I be best to ditch the squats so I don't end up having repeat of what happen to me last year by making a couple of visit to the physio when I had a tight muscle in my right hip and taking week off training my lower body which sucked in a way. Been doing a good job by coaching myself with out the use of a trainer and getting info off flex online or search good old Google for anything that I need some ideas like for peak week etc.

As for my fish oils dosages are have two with five of my meals and vitamin c with breakfast and before bed . Soon will be taking red krill which will be next Monday and will be taking that three times a day.

Will you include your Fish Oil and Vitamin C dosages ? As these are key components in your aesthetic level of development.

Also a little birdy informed me you no longer eat carrots ? Would you recommend I reduce my carrot in take ? How will I see in the dark to have my night time protein shakes ?

yes that would be correct don't eat carrots when I am cutting due to the sugar content in them and green veggies like beans,corn,peas or any other green veggie that I can get my hands on

Lucky you eh. Whats this stuff about a 48kg female? Also will you still be buying supps from xplosive supplements and stimming on bcaas, creatine etc?

good question about the 48kg female not to sure about that.yes I will still be buying my supplements off xplossive like creatine, stim etc
