Are you still lifting bro?

 

Not competitively this year bro, I've got a 10 month old son and he takes up most of my spare time.  I work from home currently, so I've been keeping things ticking over in my lunch breaks at a nearby home gym with a few compound sessions a week (bought a new bar and a few more plates to shore it up)

 

Hopefully in a few months when the kid goes to playschool and the routine gets a bit more solid, I can start back onto a more regular program.  Possibly target some comps early next year.

Yeah, it's a quieter buzz now, but a friendlier and more helpful one, I think.

 

If you're slinking off again, make sure you slink back again soon. It's been too long between slinks. :-D

Feel like this is the deadlift form thread. the only real lift I don't really feel qualified to give advice

Anyway seeing as my deadlift is my lagging lift compared to my squat and bench I've decided to switch from conventional to sumo. Long time deadlifter first time sumo lol

Here's my video from training tonight

I know where I can improve. Stupid stuff that I should know better like sitting back further, head up more and pushing through my feet.

Love to get some more feedback on experienced sumo pullers.
