Hi, new to the site.

Hi people,


 


Just joined up to the site. I have been powerlifting for about 3 months now and have joined up for inspiration and tips on techniques. 


 


A little about myself


 


31 years old


98.8kg at the moment


no real injuries apart from a bad rotator cuff in my left shoulder which i have slowly strengthened with ohp (sometimes affects my bench when its fatigued)


 


my lifts at the moment 


squat 140kg


bench 107.5kg


deadlift 220kg


 


Just finished my first candito strength training and into my first week of the second cycle. Im really hoping to get my squat up in numbers in the next six weeks.

should start a log bro, your lifts are pretty decent, how long did you lift before training for powerlifting?

Hey man. Thanks. What do you mean start a log? I joined my gym in march of last year and was doing basic bodybuilding stuff. I really joined to fix my shoulder. Which worked out great.
