Cool idea but probably wont work out. At the end of the day a gym is a gym and the price of this one doesn't justify the added benefits you'd get over somwhere like next generation. Also its more of a personal training studio so youre selling on the credentials and competency of the trainers. While theyre ok, they arent enough to warrant the membership fee. There are probably enough pretentious suckers with more money than sense to keep it afloat for a little while at least.
