Food eating competition would be interesting!

Also maybe a lifting challenge like OHP (something that hasn't been done before but simple enough to do). 5rm based on wilks or whatever who also be interesting, as not all strong 1rm lifters are good at reps.

Montz wants to do them pull ups and push ups to clean up ! haha

If you're gonna make it a powerlifting reps thing then make it diff to everything we've already done

How about 3 sets of 5 with 1 minute max between each set and you must do bench and either a squat or dead so only 2 exercises.

Video will show you weighing In then the entire 3 sets of that 1 exercise so you will have to enter 2 videos

Winner based on gloss

I know it's something a lot of the powerlifting guys like myself will struggle with the low rest break

Some good suggestions here, guys. I'll refer back to this topic for inspiration down the track, so keep the ideas coming.

Most improved physique is always a good one, but if we're finishing in October to coincide with the bodybuilding comp season, it's probably a bit soon to start yet. Soundsgood's "speed powerlifting" sounds interesting too, but let's start with something simple.

So how about an OHP challenge 5 reps based on Wilks/Glossbrenner/whatever. Prizes for the winner, and some randoms so everyone's got a chance. Boom - done! You guys start warming up - I'll go and find some prizes.

How many mcnuggets you reckon you got in 5 mins bro?
I reckon one every 5 seconds for the first 3 mins then maybe 1 every 10 secs last 2 mins. So around 50 in 5 mins would be decent?

There could be something in this, too - McNugget Poker, where you place bids beforehand on how many you'll eat. The next person sees your nugget estimate, and raises it, until someone calls your bluff and demands you attempt it.

If you fail, you give an amount equal to the cost of your McNuggets to charity - maybe Oxfam's Nepal fund? If you succeed, everyone else gives the cost of their McNuggets to charity.

What do you reckon... would that work? Can we fine-tune that further?

If considering improved physique nothing says you have to stick with 10 weeks use whatever fits and matches well
