Bodybuilding training Manawatu

Hi,

I'm 39 and have admired bodybuilder so all my life. Rugby has been my sport by recent injuries have made me decide to find a new sport. I would like to give bodybuilding a go and would like to know if there are any trainers in the Manawatu. I want to do it right.

I'm based in Palmy.... Kelvin Grove to be more specific.

Theres heaps of options around Palmy sorry i can't really recommend any Trainers as such.

 

What gym do you belong to now?

Best thing to do is hit the gyms throw some tin around, check out the scene, i know theres plenty trainers around just depends who you gel with, and who you think will take you to where you want to go,

Do you specifically want to do bodybuilding? Strength training is becoming quite popular nowadays although not sure of what your injuries are. Zenith fitness up Tremaine is good. Talk to Jeremy . City fit has some good gears for bodybuilding and a couple of guys off here train there.
