calfs

my calves got really big from skipping for boxing strangely enough.

trained them with weight etc for ages no result, then 6 months boxing training so probably skipping 5 mins 5x a week and they blew up (rest of me shriveled away though)

mine grow pretty fast when I actually train, the tip toe thing while holding dumbbells was always one of my favorites, Mateo used to get to do 4 sets of 20x reps of toes facing in, normal and outside while on the smith machine (had a small board under me so I can raise/lower my heels)

 

...someone do one of these for arms!

Mine would never grow until recently I've been playing tennis. Explosive movement off the line is key for getting mine to grow. Now with calve raise standing or seated I'm explosive in every rep and seems to be legit

Got to lul at the people who wear compression leggings to "hide" there chicken legs when all it does is make em look smaller
