Female bf% for competition

Hi to all,  Wondering what the average BF% is for female Physique competition. .(( 40+yr and 170cm tall.))

There is a reasonable question!

The basics are how good do u want to be!

Abdominals start showing at about 10% and generally girls have to work had to get below 8% but it is possible.

Really if u can get to 8% u should be very happy with yourself and take a pat on the back!

Yes you do need music and it depends on the Federation but generally about 60 secs worth

Well depends how you measure it just go by the mirror. They dont do skin folds on stage.
